Lazy Lizard Hostel, Siquijor

I recently stayed in one of the beautiful bamboo cabins at Lazy Lizard Hostel, and I was blown away by how cozy it felt! The cabin was designed with natural materials, making it blend seamlessly with the lush surroundings. I appreciated having enough space to hang my clothes, and the outside common area was perfect for relaxing in the hammocks. The added charm of the setting made my entire experience wonderful.

One of my highlights was definitely the breakfast! The owner made the best pancakes I've ever had, all at an affordable price. Starting my day with such delicious food made it even more special. Plus, having the option to use the kitchen was a huge plus. I loved being able to whip up my own meals, making my stay feel even more like home.

The bathrooms at Lazy Lizard were impressively clean and maintained regularly. I appreciated no hot water, as it was warm enough most days and it felt refreshing after exploring the island. It was also great knowing that the facilities were taken care of, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

My bed in the 8-bed mixed dormitory was super comfy and had a fan right beside it - a blessing during warm nights! The setup allowed for good ventilation, helping me sleep peacefully every night. I also loved that they provided towels, which made packing lighter for my trips around the island.
